Welcome to Broken M Ranch and Horse Motel, nestled right here under that big New Mexico sky outside Albuquerque. I started taking in travelers' horses years ago because I know what it's like to be on the road and worry about whether your horse is getting the care you'd give them yourself, and that's still exactly how we treat every horse that comes through our gates. Our paddocks give plenty of room to stretch out and unwind after a long haul, whether you're passing through on a cross-country trip or settling in for a longer stay while you get your own feet under you here in Albuquerque. We check on every horse multiple times a day, and honestly, I still walk out myself most evenings just to see how everyone's doing. The high desert air and wide open space seem to do wonders for horses who've been cooped up in a trailer, and I've seen plenty of tired, dusty horses perk right up after a day or two with us. If you're coming through town, I'd be glad to have your horse here, and I'll treat them like they're part of the family while you're away.
