We’ve been welcoming travelling riders and local families for years, and I always make sure to get to know each animal before leaving them alone—learning their quirks, their eating habits, whether they prefer company or quiet. Guadarrama offers a beautiful setting for a ride or simply letting your horse breathe the mountain air between stages.
