Welcome to Fair Harbor, right here in Perry. I've spent years working with horses, and what I've learned is that they need the same thing their riders do after a long haul: a quiet place to settle in, good footing, and people who'll keep an eye on them like family. That's what we try to offer here, whether you're stopping for a single night on your way through or need a longer stay while you take care of things on the road.

We've got solid turnout space, clean stalls, and I'm around most days to make sure everyone's comfortable and fed on schedule. I know how it feels to pull in somewhere new and not be sure what you're walking into, so I try to make that first conversation easy and give you a straight answer about what we can do for your horse. Perry's a good, quiet spot to stretch the legs, and we're glad to have you and your horse pass through or stay a while.
