Welcome to Pontispool Equine Sports Centre, tucked away in the quiet countryside around Norton Fitzwarren. I've spent most of my life around horses, and what matters most to me is that every animal who comes through our gates feels settled quickly, whether they're stopping for a night on a long trip or staying on with us for a longer spell. Our paddocks get proper daylight and turnout time, the stables are checked morning and evening without fail, and I'm usually around the yard myself, so if you have questions about feed, routine, or just want to know how your horse's day went, you'll get a straight answer from someone who's actually been there. We've built relationships with a good local farrier and vet over the years, and riders passing through often tell me how much they appreciate having hacking routes right from the yard, with the Somerset lanes and fields close by. I don't believe in overpromising, I just try to run a yard where horses are comfortable and owners aren't left wondering.
