Wild Heart Ranch

Welcome to Wild Heart Ranch, tucked into the rolling pastures just outside Van. I started this place because I wanted a spot where horses could actually be horses—plenty of turnout, good grass, and neighbors who nicker over the fence line instead of standing in a stall all day. Whether you're passing through for a few nights on the road or settling in for a longer stay, my team and I treat every horse that comes through the gate like it's one of our own, checking water, watching for any little limp or off mood, and making sure blankets go on when that Texas wind picks up in the evening.

For the riders, I keep things simple and honest: clean stalls, safe fencing, a solid round pen if you want to work your horse after a long haul, and a porch where we can talk shop over coffee. I grew up around horses in this area and there's nothing I'd rather do than help take care of yours while you're here.
