oPaddock is a free platform connecting riders and professionals of the equine sector, allowing online booking of equestrian facilities, the recording and viewing of ride trails, and the posting of reviews. The detailed terms of use appear in the General terms of use.
4.Intellectual property
The EQUIMONDO and oPaddock trademarks, the application, its source code, its interfaces, its screen flows, the architecture and structure of its databases, its visual identity, its logos and its own content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Equimondo. EQUIMONDO is a French trademark registered with the INPI (no. 4536373, filed on March 22, 2019, classes 9, 16, 35, 38, 41, 42 and 45).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited. Also prohibited are decompilation, disassembly and any form of reverse engineering, save for the sole case of interoperability provided for in article L.122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, as well as imitation of the interface, the screen flows or the data structure in order to produce an equivalent service.
The platform's databases are further protected by the database producer's right: extracting or reusing a substantial part of them is prohibited (articles L.341-1 et seq.). Any breach constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the same code.
5.Cartographie
The map backgrounds used to display the trails are provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, made available under the ODbL license.

Third-party sites reachable through links from oPaddock are the sole responsibility of their publishers.
